RATES FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS/OPEN SPACES IN HUDA FOR COMMUNITY USE/PUBLIC FUNCTIONS.

For purpose of these rates the state has been divided into three different zone.
 

   1 

High Potential Zone

Comprising of Panchkula, Gurgaon and
Faridabad Urban Estates

   2

Medium Potential Zone

Comprising of Karnal, Bahadurgarh and 
Panipat Urban Estates

   3

Low Potential Zone

Rest of the Urban Estates

The following rates/rent for Neighboring Sector-Parks have been prescribed:-
